What do I do if a component goes bad?

Give us a call and we will determine the fastest and easiest solution. All of the parts we install are brand new and carry manufacturer warranties. Issues due to our workmanship or materials are also covered. Either way, we will make sure that getting your vehicle back in service is quick and painless.

Can I transfer my used equipment to a new car?

Absolutely. We will do our best to accommodate your used equipment. If it can be installed properly and safely, we will make it happen. If we have concerns about the compatibility of the equipment with the new vehicle, we will be glad to explain why and suggest an alternative solution.

What is your pricing?

As all of the vehicles we build are completely customized based on widely varying specifications, we do not have a pre-determined set of prices. We are more than happy to provide a free estimate after a quick consultation to make sure we are meeting your needs. We charge an hourly rate for all labor involved in your project. The total number of hours quoted for each job are determined by industry standards and the amount of equipment being installed.

Can we have our vehicle shipped to you?

Yes! Simply have your dealership or transporter contact us for details and we will take it from there. We will keep you updated on all of the details throughout the process. Upon the arrival of the vehicle to our facility, you will receive a notification including photos and results of our vehicle inspection checklist.

Do you deliver?

We would love for you to come to check out our space. However, if we can make your life easier by picking up or dropping off your vehicles, let's talk about it!

Can we meet in person?

Absolutely! Whether you come to us or we come to you, or we meet in the middle, we hope to be able to meet all of you and stay in touch.

Can I bring my own parts?

You can. We understand that you may have arrangements already in place for your equipment purchases. In this case, please note that we may or may not be able to stand behind these parts and take care of any warranty replacement claims for you.

How fast can I get my vehicle?

Complete vehicle builds have the potential to be completed within five to seven business days of your scheduled appointment time. Graphics packages can often be installed or replaced within 24 hours. The same goes for individual part replacements or repairs. However, we cannot guarantee we will not run into unforeseen circumstances that can cause delays. In this case, we will promptly communicate the issue, discuss any alternative solutions, and do our best to provide you with a new estimated completion date.

Can you get any parts that I need?

We have built a network of vendors and suppliers that span all brands, all parts, and multiple different geographic areas. We have also formed relationships with several manufacturer representatives as well as other shop owners to make sure that if we don't have it, we can get it. At the same time, if we can't immediately answer your question about a particular item, we will get you an answer very soon.
